Pretech® offers turnkey engineering services, like signed-and-sealed engineering plans, materials, and installation. An engineer or certified technologist will be assigned to your project to ensure the quality of the work and to meet your deadlines. Our reliable and skilled professionals follow strict safety regulations to conduct all operations.

WARRANTY
When the work is complete, you’ll receive a warranty and a signed-and-sealed letter from an engineer of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec to certify the quality and standards of the work.
The warranty may be transferred to anyone who acquires your property in the future, and it will retain its full value.
